Since it's getting lovely and sunny (mostly) why not turn your game of FM into a beach, for that summer feeling! (even though it's spring)
You may be wondering why I did this, if anyone would actually want to download it?
Well, I decided to do it just to see if I could, do something a little different eh?
Fairly certain nobody else has done this before, or even considered it, or even wanted it
The pack contains two .rar files, one for a few small skin graphics to add to the effect, the other containing the actual 3d textures to change everything else
First thing you should do BEFORE DOWNLOADING, is to make a backup of the files that are replaced (mainly the pitches)
These are located in
C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\data\sigfx\meshes\pitch\textures_v3
Steam
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2011\data\sigfx\meshes\pitch\textures_v3
You may also wish to backup the ball or goalpost folders in sigfx\meshes, and the pitch lines in the sigfx\textures folder
Skin Addons Download
This pack contains:
- Default beach background
- Main menu background
- Main menu logo
- Small match ball graphics
Pitch Graphics Download
This pack contains:
- Sand beach textures
- 3d beach ball, and winter ball
- Crowd wearing Hawaiian shirts
- Beach themed shops
- Black goal nets (stand out better in the sand)
