New season, new SITV, this time simpler, sleeker and more eye-candy.

I'll post only .png of the clubs, but to use them download default one with the whole folder and then just rename the one you wish to paper_top_left.png, overwriting the default one.

Place the default folder to Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\skins\SKIN_NAME\graphics\boxes\dialog

SITV's already made are:

And also the whole Jelen Super Liga (Serbian top division) pack which is available here.
